Nueva Andalucia is a beautiful area situated just outside of Puerto Banus. This area is based on traditional Andalucian design and architecture with backdrop of mountains, which offer stunning views. Another popular shopping attraction to the area is the Spanish market, 'rastro', held every Saturday. This market takes place next to the Bullring. Nueva Andalucia, also known as the 'Golf Valley', benefits from a selection of golf courses, one of which is flood lit for night time play. The golf courses in the area are amongst the best, Aloha golf, Los Naranjos and Las Brisas, all combine to offer added value to the property. This is due to the high standard of the golf courses adding extra lure to the area.
Access to other areas is very easy, as you can get on to the A7/N340 within minutes from wherever you are in the town. The airport is a 45 minute car journey which adds to its popularity with all those who visit the coast. Marbella and Puerto Banus are both very easily accessible, both comfortably within in a 10 minute drive.
