Duchy Estates operates a no-pressure approach to Research Trips and they are always conducted on a one-to-one basis so you will never be grouped with other potential purchasers with different requirements and budgets.For a nominal fee, Duchy Estates will organise flights and accommodation, collection and safe return to Málaga or Gibraltar Airports and by the end of the three or four day visit you will know which area suits you, what type of property your budget can stretch to and how wonderful it feels to spend your days in the sunshine. Duchy Estates can also arrange appointments with independent mortgage advisers or lawyers whilst you are here should you want more in-depth knowledge.
