This puts us in striking distance of all the most popular and coveted areas such as Puerto Banus, Nuevo Andalusia, San Pedro de Alacantara, Benahavis and many more. Our Second office is situated just on the new highly prestigious urbanization, Los Flamingos.

One of the biggest features of buying on the Costa del Sol is that, unlike in the UK, the agencies collaborate and have the ability to sell each others property. Almost uniquely Duchy Estates takes full advantage of this and actively sells other agents properties as well as our own. This has two important consequences for our clients. Firstly, if you are to list a property with us, you will have the piece of mind that every agent will also have the ability to sell your property and have access to it. Secondly, if you buy, unlike most other companies, we will not limit you to only our properties. This means you will always have piece of mind that you will be shown the properties that suit YOU not that only suit the agency selling them needs.

We are careful to ensure that before we even show you a property that all relevant documents and paper work are in place. Duchy Estates works very hard to work with all the relevant government departments and local agencies to ensure that we, and our clients, meet all our legal obligations (218 decree).

Duchy has also been very careful to create collaborations with companies that can offer our clients a wide range of services. The aim of this is to offer our clients an end-to-end service either by our own means or companies we deem trustworthy and reliable. These services range from recommending lawyers to furniture companies, all are vetted before we recommend anyone.
